Best Mech game EVER

Many will disagree but MW:LL really is a totally addictive top notch Mech game.
For total immersion it cant be touched and with the next update out soon its going to get even better :D

Its the hardest game ive ever played the controls are a bitch to master but then who said that driving a mech should be easy :P

But even a n00b like me can get top score sometimes ..

I love the game, its awesome... bit of a 4 week forced break thanks to work - but getting back into it now.

Finding it hard to tear myself away from being an elemental - I just love the synergy with mechs, vehicles and aerospace.

yep elementals are fun and can be nasty lil beggers

i normally start out as either Partisan LRM20 launcher or a Uller Prime or A Varient, then depending how much time there is in the game, working up through Puma, Cougar, Scat (love it), Catapult, MadCat, Awesome, and the MK2, im not that keen on the Atlas and i will sometimes stay with a MadCat even though i have enough cbills for an assault simply cos the MCat is such a fun mech to drive lol

in the next patch which is promised for release tomorrow there is a NovaCat so that is a must drive i think

missile pissing is the quickest way to build up cbills, u dont have to have many kills just keep pounding away at anything that moves, actually lrms are the most effective anti-aircraft weapon at the moment its easier to lock on with missiles to those laggy fighters than hit them with direct fire and they blow up real priitty :)

Best mech game ever you sure 500 patches and were still waiting for the next new one. Joystick patches and so on I was just wondering if i should just wait for patch number 2365 before I should even bother . So is this game really MWLL or some figment of imagination it does say Crysis . So is this MWLL or just another add on for some other game? BaWk you all have a good day eh .:elephant

its onli had 2 patches and its now on 2nd beta
joystick support is better in beta 2 but its still in development

but im so used to keyboard/mouse for this im not even bothered if they add joystick now

I loaded MWLL on my 6yr old sons PC and we have a blast with him riding on my mech as an elemental

installing patch 1.2 then hot fixing, then i get to manipulate files in an already unstable program and hope i hit a quarter thats falling from a frisbee at 100 paces away with a rubber band gun...

Its not that hard, just make sure you got all the Crysis patches and download the vs.2 mod. It is a self extracting now so you don't have to hunt down the right folder.

Neme had a little trouble getting his to work but we finally got it working tonight. I've still got an issue of crashing every once in a while but i think thats just the beta telling me it loves me for rocking the scoreboards. I'd post a pic but while i was finishing up a rocking map on the floating astroid map the client decided to crash :(
