Recently i wa son gamespy and wanted to play a game vs Ummon but we coudnt because he has v1.0 due to there being no italian patch. SO i thought why not convert to v1.0 ? Heres how to do it:
Backup your registry!!!!!
start>run type: regedit
Under the registry menu (top left) you'l find an export registry function. Exort it! Be sure to mark the option "all" else you'l only backup 1 key.
Now install hw again at another location than you previously did.
Voilla v 1.0
To get back to 1.1 back up your now v1.0 reg Then import the old v1.1 reg. You cant just run the hw 1.1 game now; you have to browse to the location where v1.1 is installed and create a new short cut there.
To swap back to 1.0 yet again you just have to run your original hw shortcut. The second 1.1 shortcut works 2.
If you install additional programs you have to do this trick again offcourse. Happy hunting v1.0 peepz :blob: BAWK!
