There have been some very encouraging posts over at MW:LL even Criminal the Lead Dev has posted that the beta is very close to being released

after last years disappointment and the cautious way they now handle things i thing that this time this is what we want to hear :)

When MekTek ever get the go ahead to release the original games with IS and Clan Packs ... that issue will be mostly dead ... so you will be able to play MW4.

As for MW5 there will never be such a thing created. If you are referring to the new game that Smith and Tinker are looking into, then yes we are all looking forward to seeing what they come up with as well ...
