Any Ideas on helping with this problem cuz I will be doing nothing till I fix it

Add fans, I put 2 extra in mine.

Is the PC actually overheating or is it hat your power supply isn't big enough? ...
If it is simply overheating then do what Crest says ... i have a fan in my power supply, on each of my graphcs cards, case fan in the side and for those really hot Aussie summer days a 120mm front and back that kick in if needed ...
never have enough cooling power i reckon ...

If it is Powersupply, make sure you use a can of air on it. Dust makes a great insulator.
