if i have hudpatch running druid do i need to uninstall that before installing hdp?

Yes Glad uninstall the hudpatch then make a copy of your Texture.mw4, Core.mw4 and Props.mw4 files and back then up safe, so when MP4 comes out u can just copy them back over write the HDP vesrion and u can update with no problems.
