I am removing Alejandro from the Chiken corp. He is a dirty whore monger slut and should be shot. (He is joining PAK, a PvP corp in Devoid Region).

I, Roman Guerra, would be glad to maintain a leadership position in the Chiken Corp until such a time as other Chikens seek my removal.

Basically, Alejandro to PAK to fight some uber PvP. Roman will stay in CHKN to provide insight and/or information to those left and active in the corp.

If him having Director rights is a problem, I will remove them, no problem. But I do know peeps will benefit from having me in the chat room should they need anything.

PAK is not a pirate corp anymore, and is involved exclusively in outlaw hunting.

See what you should do Madcat is convince all the pirates to lay low for a couple months, it will put all the pirate hunters out of business or worse, some will go pirate, there will be a great battle between them all. Then you come back with a vengeance with a full fledge pirate cartel and clean house.

From where we are stationed at the moment, PAK that is, we can head North to low sec Gallente space, East to low sec Minmatar space and west to more low sec Amarr space. There are always outlaws to be found, and most of them are so fixated on getting macro hauler kills for their killboards, they aren't paying attention when 4 Tempests jump in. Mwuhahahahahah!

unfortunately no, check the forum on eve, they actually give pvp and mission configs for ships. There is also a story bored for tales of being the attacked or attacker and how the battle went.

Bast, how about we distribute some of the wealth we built up in Ailbhe's account to some of our active members (Rigid, Crus, Clepto, and Concrete). We aren't using it, and we would be able to easily rebuild it later should the corp need it. Hell once some of the current members start making some better isk, they might be able to put some back. Once you learn the basics, , I would suggest running missions for a little bit. We are base in Agal. Not hard to get to once you learn how to set the autopilot. Just make sure to set it so you go through safe systems.

Well, if he went through non-secure he should be fine if hes in a shuttle or something, not all non-secure is super dangerous, tbh non our really, setting only secure also makes journeys 2x longer.

I'm still in the tutorial... it says that I'm affilliated with some other corporation... I suppose that this is a default function, because I don't remember ever being asked what corporation I wanted to belong to in the setup.

Yes you can, once you get to Agal, dock at the station. On the right hand side is a tab that lists all the corporate offices. Find the one marked Chiken Confederation and apply.

The game puts you in a default corp. Its a good place to ask questions and what not.

Under the channels tab on the left hand side you open that. Click the join button and when it askes what channel you want to join, type in "Chikens" That will put you in a general channel you can chat with the rest of us till you join the corp.

A la, invest in getting a industrial ship. yes Agal is bit flooded with items and such so the price isn't always good. Try and Mine everything but Vedespar. There are skills that can improve you mining abilities on other ores.

try other systems to sell your good. I know of a few. will look the names up and list them here.

you can have up to 3 characters Ala on one account, but only one of those can be training at a time. If you haven't noticed there are multiple regions in Eve. Each Region has its own market. Leaving an alt in a another region from your main character, allows you to check their market.

Perimeter system has always been good to me on sales of missles and such. I don't know about ore though.

So, clarify this for me, because I must have had it all wrong...

1) I can have up to 3 chars on my one account, and these 3 chars are all included in the $14.95/month fee per account? So these 2 alts don't cost me anything extra.

2) If only one char can be training at a time, how do I tell EVE which character to train while I'm "out of game"? Is it simply the last character that was active?

3) So, to do a price check while I'm "in-game", I need to log out of my main character (who wants to know the price of stuff), and log into one, or both of the alts, to get the price check, and then log back in as the main char if I want to act on any of that price information?

1. Yes you can have three characters, when you log into eve, you will see two blank boxes before you click enter game. Those slots are reserved for two other characters.

2.When you log in, pick your character you want to play from the three listed. If you want that character to be training in a skill, you have to make sure no other characters are training a skill.

OK... I see the logic of that. I'll create 2 new chars and stick 'em in other regions.

I won't plan on training them for now. They'll just be stooges and fly to whatever region needs to have market research done.

Do you have to train any kind of skill to get better market quotations?

To get better coverage, what regions should they go to, and how can we avoid other "stooge alts" being in the same regions? Do you want to assign each character a territory to cover?

I wouldn't worry about stooge alts overlapping.
Eve's market is almost completely player controlled, so there is no skills that will change price(don't think so anyway. Gurilla might know better) There are skills to improve how many items you can list and how you manage your goods over distance.

Also I would look for regions with 15 jumps of where you plan on maintaining operations. Make sure that is 15 safe jumps.

Dealing with the market essentially means you look at the price everyone else is selling at, and if you can beat that do it.

When you sell an item, you don't have to agree on the immediate price listed. That is just what someone is offering to buy the items at. If you click the advance button, you can set quantity, price, and timespan in which you wish to sell something.

Why can't we get more Chikens in space?

OK, I'm training up, fast as I can... working on my targeting and piloting skills. That's going to take a few weeks to get me dangerous. I'm running Level 2 missions though, so it's encouraging.

Meanwhile, I think I'd like to learn how to manufacture something useful. Rigid makes bullets and drones. What could I be planning to make? Something that the corp can use?

Any suggestions from the Board of Directors?

Your going to have to learn more skills such as production, research, and such to be able to manufacture things.

My suggestion learn how to salvage, if you haven't already. Some of the stuff that is salvaged is really really useful.

We actually have plenty of manufaturing power right now.

Of course if you really want to, go for it.

check the even beginners guide it tells you the basics to manufaturing.

Well, if the corp has taxes, then a percentage of things like mission rewards and bonties etc go to the corp.

naaa Celpto each office costs certain amounts, higher sec = cheaper, i think we only have 3 active which is running up about 1m cost at most a month. With most of the guys doing missions. The corp is making a profit. I think we have around 100mil in the wallet at the minute which is loads.
