Ok, what's the deal?
This guy, who is obviously a good player in HW2, comes on our boards, tells the whole world that we "sux" and the council continues to let him keep talking shit in OUR forums?....

It's hard for me to sit by idley and say nothing, but usually I refrain from such crap because I view myself as a quality individual as well as a quality Chiken.

I'll put my Honor up against Shutupandshave's ANY DAY. You won't EVER see me on the FC forums insulting them in any way.

I say we have him banned from our Forums. But, I'm not on council....
Anyway, Tonight, I saw some FC on in Gayspy, started a conversation with some one who I can't remember right now, I think it was suas....well, I totally admitted to my ineptness at 1 vs 1, but agreed to play (in gamespy). as I was going to set up, "AnotherChiken" entered the room, to which I gave the proper Chiken Greeting in a BAWK!...although I had never heard of AnotherChiken, and had never seen him/her before....then Nemesis comes in and the Chikens have a game...Nemy and I on Voice Chat, and Another NOT EVEN REGISTERED ON THE CHIKEN SITE in a game against 3 decent players. We won, but Another didn't play like a Chiken, said very little and after the game we find out that he was an FC, SMURFING AS A CHIKEN!!! He lied about being from the Mecha side of Chiken, but when Nemmy Checked, he was not listed at all.....
SO, SUAS, keep your Quality bullshit to yourself, and quit bash-posting in our Forums...

Oh by the way, If I feel like it, I'll plat spam you till your FUBAR!

Then we'll get a team game with Nemmy, Guerilla and Myself.
I've seen how your boy "another" played. Bring him, too. He thinks he knows how we play. I think it will be fun.

I'm not into this war, since I was not involved in it in the first place. This was from what appears to be a Euro thing.
I have no real feeling of urgency to beat down any one from FC at all. Basicly I'm uninspired by you FC people. You don't raise any feelings of alarm in my mind, sooooo....why should I be interested?
I am interested in helping my fellow Chikens, because THEY are worthy of it, not because of your BS.
I won't call you "Octo" but I'll call you "Octoish"...there's really no such thing as Cheating in the game yet (as far as we can tell)
Uless you count the ability to control some one elses ships....

Also, it seems that not many people value your war with us SUAS, because there are no Chikens coming "out of the woodwork" to play you guys.
Obviously this isn't like the Guru/CC war, or the OMO/CC war, cause when they happened, people actually gave a shit....
(Excluding the Euro Chiks in this instance, I know they do care).
I feel that the FC love to hate for the Chikens is an exercise in futility and rhetoric. You may win the battles FC, but you'll lose the war.......That's what I think, buuuuuuuuuut.......that's just me.

Smurfing as a member of another guild/clan really is low - especially in a game where IDs cannot be verified.... To my knowledge it has never happened in Mechy and I dont know the reason for that.

This war was supposed to be a light hearted gentle banter kind of thing I thought, and indeed it started that way... but I have to agree that certain people seem set on escalating it into general smack talk.... if you really want to take it there then please let rip - we have some of the most adept smack talkers right here... so bring it :)

This is silly .....

I play these games because it is fun. Last night I, with the help of another noob, (yes.. at HW2 I am a rank noob) played Oli and Octo and got owned...

But I had fun and I learned some stuff.

You want more wins SUAS? Find me on gamespy and whup me.... I'm sure you can. Meanwhile... I'll keep playing and smiling when my kids go "oooooh ... cool" watching the fighters swoop back and forth.

If FC wins the war... hey... Kudos to ya'll.. I'll still play as Chiken and still play to have a good time.


One general thing though .... I do object to smurphing by all. I have had exactly two tags in HW since HW:C and now... I first logged on as IonAddict and then changed to AddictChiken when I joined the CC.

anotherchiken, who claimed to be a mech chiken player (turns out he was a smurf), and goliath and nem. I didn't even ask Another for a game, as I dont really want to noob bash.

Why not grab a skilled team mate, and I'll grab one of the FC guys that just bought the game, and that'll be more fun :)

I think that part of the problem results from team games. The CC prefer team games and, it would appear, that FC prefer 1 v 1.

AFAIK, and it is only my opinion, that CC members will wait for another CC member to come on rather than play 1 v 1. Personally, I dislike 1 v 1 - its just not my cup of tea. I am a member of CC and TLSC, primarily because the focus of both are on team games.

That is not sto say I wont play 1 v 1. I have played silencio, didlix and animal all on 1 v 1. Despite winning 2 and losing 1 - I still lack any real satisfaction from it. I much prefer to be in a position in which a team strategy will be key.

Lets face it...what is a 1 v 1 on Shield? It is simply a "get fighters and hit the other persons reource op while teching up to destroyers". The strat rarely, if ever, changes.

TBH, I had a game last night with MVB, Ummon, Oli, Flux and Snow in a 3 v 3 internally in TLSC. Maybe it is just me...but it was fun to play as we were all happy about our abilities. It was a team vs a team and, no matter who won, was going to result in no hostility or bad feeling.

Perhaps I am just not competitive enough :(

I've not had a single game in 3 days now (although as mentioned before, nem did try and get into a game with me but couldn't), I've seen chikens around, but they're always too busy to play me 1 v 1 (if I'm the only FC there), although not busy enough to stop playing other people.

I thought we'd already met in the middle by upping the value to team games - so lets have a bit of flexibility from you guys as well.

Earlier today I was reading the posts, older ones as well as responses to this one I made last night...
In doing so I started a retort and while near the end of it, something happened with my connection to AOL (only use it because the rest of the family is also on the acct..) and I lost my whole post, wich at that time I was into it for about 40 minutes.

So, after all that I lost, I'll be brief.

First of all, If it was Octo smurfing in the game, which I tried inviting you to, but you had left already.....then Octo got a new connection that got his ping down into the 130's instead of the dreaded 230's.
I don't pay that much attention to Octo, unless he says I/we are cheating, which is NOT the case. So I tend to Ignore him.

I've tried to be cordial as possible in this banter between you and I suas, but, you like to name call. example, so far in one day you've called me a "Wuss" and a "coward", and the whole chiken clan "pussies". This is SOOOO NOT cool dude. This is why I Won't post on your forums, not because I fear you, not because you're a good player, but because I will not disrespect myself as well as your whole clan by flaming you on your public forums. I post here because I don't feel the need to post there, since this is where you're doing all the flaming anyway...I know you'll read what ever I have to say anyway.

I will say this, when I found about the "war", I laughed...I felt no ill will towards FC, and I still don't. My dislike is only for you suas, and not even then do I take it to heart. You are crossing lines by name calling, and that takes the Jest out of the lightheartedness of it all.

sorry mate viper didnt realise that his games where in a war and he isnt even a full chiken and thats the problem. You guys seen a new player and went for him ...how many games did u play him i played one with him and he had to leave. Thing is after all your bitching i still see very little of you guys on and when u do its the same 3 or 4 players. 1: I work during the week so weekends are my free time for gaming really. Yet for all you would say is " we are on all the time but only on IRC, come to our IRC ...why should I have to shut down hw2 and go to your irc to get a game?"

4: your team still uses the same 4 players
5: you guys seem to challange the same players over and over
6: related to 5 but it is only 1 v1 type matches or 2 v2 games you play.

I`ve never seen cpt jim mate. Duncan I havent seen on to much, Didlix I havent seen in a while but i think thats because of somthing else. My point i was making is the majority of games by by the same players on your side. Ie what percentage of 1 v1s have you played for your team
