I'm using it now, and I rather like it. It's pretty much the MS answer to Firefox. The whole layout of it reminds me a lot of Firefox, and takes a little getting used to if you use IE6, but I do recommend it.

I tried it, its just like firefox, got the tabs and everything not sure about the download manager thing.

ie7 seems to load pages quicker, but dont know if i like it yet

That sounds a lot like Netscape ... I have never personally looked at Firefox
