The average cop in Japan is more of a tour guide than what we would call a cop. Not that that reflects badly on Japan.

Wow, I want to join the Japanese Police force just so I can run around in those turbocharged WRX's, you know they are police specials with more horsepower and all wheel drive......and if I am not mistaken those are rain shields for high speed driving......

And yingyang, I drove an STi twice within the past 2 weeks and all I can say is damn (not mine, although I would love it). The guy had a shortshifter, new tranny, clutch replacement, downpipe, BOV, and was on cobb stage2 pulling over 325 whp.
