I refer to the 3 v 3 we were in last night. I dropped as my 2nd BC was hypering in to end the misery :lol

Well, we won obviously. We holded them up long enaugh using my carrier and gravwell for us to mass some serious fire power. I used a lot of defensive ion turrets to disband fighters and the remaining frigates after sacrificing my desties to cut most of them to scrap (especialy those assault frigs as they would made the difference in neutralising our figther/vette squadrons). On my retreit I did everything to weakin and slow the enemy, from providing lots of target (long range firering level2 turrets), to disabling BC ion cannons and keeping fighters busy and out of the way of the SY's.

It was smart resoucing that kept us floating during that time and in total I donated 34000 RU and some resourcing equipment to my teammates, just to keep em pusing (they where kind of slow at first making me face that unholy mass of firepower of your team almost by myself in the beginning). I was kind of target saturated in that period of the game.

Vader had the longest breath, and tried to hide and seek at last, but not quit, but since I was free of immediate danger and had long regained dominant control of the middle, I could sensor ping and throw unholy numbers of bombers at him :) while salvaging that ship graveyard. It wass littered with desties, BC's a MS and a SY. Good enaugh for a RU flow a hack cheater would be jealous of!

I did feld kind of neglected in the first stages of the battle, my team kept so much forces in the back, which was perfectly safe due to my grav well (as that first desty noticed when hypering in, lol). At some point they sended in one BC at a time or small groups of desties which where vaporised by those 2 BC's and focused on they sended their firepower in one at a time. Luckely your team made some capital mistakes, that we played to out full strength

1. My RU operation on the right of your side kept us all afloat even while you guys pushed in the center (my teammates where starving to as they overresearched to soon).

2. You guys did not set up an RU op in the center in time.

3. You should have finished my carrier with extreme predujuce as that would have caused a total coalapse.

4. You hypered your BCto safety instead of wreacking maximum havoc.

5. Don't over extend, after you where gone, they thought they could still overrun us (as what the wholoe plan on your team), but they did not focus their attack and we kept the bussy at several points (a nightmare for them to co-ordiante). This baught us extra time in which my RU flow crippled them while strengthening my team with BC after BC and desty after desty. I even sold my gravwell at that time as I had no more use for it :).

5. Never underestimate a chiken (even a HW2 newbie)

I don't know what kind of forces you had left before you disapreared (i was shouting kill that chiken, while you where already gone, lol). I know of that damaged BC of yours, which would have died no doubt, but could have made the difference in that push. Hypering it out costed your ream RU's, while already being low on resources and weakined their slow push.

All in all, a match to remember and a good reaquintance :) with HW2 and you.

When I desked i was hypering in 2 BC, 2 desties and 7 torps. I also had 12 emp scouts en route to put the battle out of the equation.

Suffice to say only one of my teammates had any skill at all (Vader).

I sometimes despair of teammates who simply do not watch what is happening so they can press our advantage...it is ridiculous.

Still, it was a gg and I hope we can do it again soon!
