Ladies and Gents,
As you are aware we have had a busy month for all involved in council. I posted awhile back that council would be becoming more active in listing what we are up to so here is goes:
We closed recruiting because we lost track of whom we had where and doing what. Primarily, this was to get aquainted with our new Chikens and take stock. I personally am continuing with that project and with the help of Fanatic we will have a page added to this site that shows our active birds. We expect to have this completed in mid-Novemeber.
On that note council has opted to REOPEN recruiting effective today. With the project I have undertaken near completion we have effectively come up with a way of dealing with new recruiting. From here on out Council will require that at least one existing Chiken BAWK! for the recruit. If the recruit has not got a reference from an existing Chiken then we will require that recruit play test with a bird and gain his reference. Probation for a playtested bird will begin the day he receives his reference has reported back. NO EXCEPTIONS. We will continue to monitor this and make adjustments as required.
Council also processed an issue of a disiplinary nature. As a result of the lack of understanding for the council decision we lost 7 birds. Council and the Coop wish the people who left the best of luck and look forward to seeing them on the battlefield.
Council attempted to process four applications. Three of which went absolutely no where, the people involed never followed through with the application process.
We ended the probation on three birds, Rene_Chiken, Dazed and Shizzle. They now have their wings to full-chikdom. Everyone give them a big BAWK!! when you see them.
With Graceful leaving us this left a space to be filled. Council moved up the next duely elected bird in the list and that was Dragonic. I am hoping the coop is aware of the need to increase its physco-therapy funding because Drago is one going to need it.
We as a council cyber-sodomized fourty-four hamsters, 2 sheep and a goat during a two day long drinking and drug filled haze. Clucker supplied the animals and Loogie supplied the booze. Good fun was had by all.
On a financial front we are broke. Clucker and Lonestar wasted this monthes revenue on hookers and porn books. It is what you get when you leave a Texan and a Dutchie in charge of the bar funding. Donations of beer and other suitable beverages will be accepted by the usual means and doled out accordingly.
