20kb for a maximum avatar size is a little small, any chance you could up that to say 40kb?
My avatar is 80x80 pixels and only 26kb, yet filesize is too big to use it :(

20K is the limit that u can host via these forums/site.

U can link to a siggy of any size from a remote location.
This to limit the ammount of datatraffic from this site ;)
