release date: May 19, 2005
Episode III: Revenge of the Sith
It's either going to be make or break for the entire star wars series. If Lucas crashes this one as he did the other prequels, he will get raped by the critics.
i thought the other 2 were coolio, least they had the same music i seen sequals and indeed prequals have lil or nothing of the same feel as the orginal.... Jurassic Park for instance.... them sequals were just balls!

Lucas has an impossible task with the series really. Every star wars fan knows the 3 original movies like the backs of their hands and have read the books front to back.
The question with the star wars series for the critics and general fan should stop being how well they do when measured against the books, but rather how well they do as movies.
Even the original 3 slaughtered the books.

I honestly didn't think the two newest movies were that bad story line wise. But the actors were so incredibly bad at acting.

no kidding, they just are not the classic movies you would hope them to be.
i think tainted is right, SW fans have had about 20years to eat the first 3 and in them flims you didnt know what was gonna happen, in the new movies they know whats gonna happen so that hole "OMG i wasnt expecting that" feature is gone as for bad acting, last i checked jedi werent meant to let there feelings get in the way of anything! the actors r taking it to hearts guys!

There's plenty of bad acting and horrendous dialogue in the originals, but I still love 'em. I just watch the prequels for the action. Otherwise they suck pretty bad. Love the clone battle though. Don't know what Peekaboo's talkin' about. Those assault landers kicked ass. I also thought the ending with all the proto-imperial stuff set a good kind of ominous tone even if you know what's coming. Too bad George had to !@#$ up the first one with all that Disney crap and let his own thing for race cars get in the way of making a decent movie.
The prequel trilogy really should have been done as a tragedy IMO. Problem is, tragedy requires people you can actually have empathy for, and when somebody is that horrible of an actor, it's just not there.
I feel sorry for George's wife if he has one. His concept of romance is pretty asinine even for a movie director.

just proves your using the first 3 as a basis, i bet if you had of made the prequals the same as the orginal 3 anyone under the age of 18 wouldnt relate

I just really !!!REALLY!!! hope that the third one will be much better than the first two ever where.
And I hope they stop calling them Stupid Episodes. To me it just sounds dumb.

the ending of the 3rd star wars is going to lack action ... it's going to be a more personally oriented ending on the lines of the ending of Empire Strikes Back ... no huge battles or whatnot in the conclusion of that one.
i bet they will complain that there aint enough action in the last one and not enough personal in the first 2

Wouldn't surprise me I guess, but you have to realize, its going to be an all out war still in the third one, I think there will be plenty of action for those who want it.

don't bet on it bast...
the opening battle of Episode III will have 5,000 capital ships involved in it with a Jedi infiltration of this Sith command cruiser
At least my sources tell me this is so.

google around....star wars is quite a "large" topic and there should be plenty of previews and "leaks" and whatnot.
