Map Rotation Suggestions

The title says it all. If we show interest in certain changes to the map rotation them I'm quite sure that moocher will help us out with it.

I'm going to break down some things about the current rotation:

Overplayed maps:

Tropical
Factory
Rubblepile
Rubble
Lunacy
Dustbowl
Sanddunes
Frostbite
InnerCity

Also, a lot of people tend to complain about or leave when we play:

Aspen
Lunacy
Jungle
Canyon
MineHQ
MechWorks
Scrub
Sanddunes
Dustbowl
Palace Gates

Removal suggestions:

I think that perhaps we should add a few maps:

It seems there are alot of people who have access to and can change things on the bawk server. It would be nice if there was a set of maps for each day or every couple days. rotate through alot of map sets. maybe hot maps, cool maps, jump maps, limited play maps (restricted in some ways).

Just a suggestion as you asked for. I personally get tired of people TELLING me to change the map when I'm there. Like i could do that even if I had control of it.

Disable the vote map thing - it is the most annoying thing ever.

Build a map cycle that covers the MWL maps and let it run.

Sounds good ... MWL maps let it go .....

Now ... I don't think I have them all ... which will lead to that REALLY annoying thing that happens when you don't .....

Visit the MWL site map section and get them, the maps are randomly chosen for each match so the ones you don't have will come up eventually.

Well on my Bawk Brawler Server i tried to keep the maps to small brawler Maps... they are as followed..

I disabled map voting a while ago because of the abuse it can cause.

Did anyone have trouble installing the McRugby MapPack?



i had to dust off my old Veng disk 2 to install correctly. The installer will copy the required files (terrains)from that disk, when prompted. they run fine for me.......

Can i suggest taking off the pea soup and night play from most of the maps. Maybe extemely limit them if people want them in. I like to play and see what I'm doing. I stopped playing vengeance because I don't know how to adjust the gamma thing on my video. The in game gamma makes everything look like burnt foil or claymation.

I am a Mech Head. I'll play it even if I hate it. I just don't to have to wink at or rub my tushy on Moochie to get my way. I think that might be beneath me. :assshaking:

Orbital Decay iz one of the Mercstorm mapz.

Evergreen iz a New Battlefieldz map.

You can find each of thoze packz eazily. Hope this helpz. BAWK!
