im buying mechwarrior 4 mercenaires i was wodering would there be anything to download wen i get it :blob:

You will need to download a lot of add-on maps and a patch (maybe two). Try to buy the mech packs with the game, they might be bundled and give you extra mechs to play with!

wen i click on the downloads it says access denied so i try registering and its still saying that :computer:

The most widely used maps are the Vengeance Maps, but the others are also used.

In the computer store yesterday, I saw a Mechpack for sale. It had vengence, Black Knight anb MechCommander2 in it for $29.99. The store was Babbages. They did not have the IS-expansion pack but the Clan pack was still $9.99.

Does CC have a download page or a page with links for all the places you get maps and things. I know someone a few days ago did alot of work in one of the forums. Can it be put to its own download page? It might save alot of time and effort. The bonzai people, MekTek, MWL all have alot of good things. I remember there used to be a hud overlay with a grid. I have not seen it since BlackKnight expansion. Is that still out there and does it work with Mercs?

The new hudpatch works with Mercs, I use it for the map gird overlay.

ok i downloaded the demo for mechwarrior and it looks weird and its too weird for me so has anyone got any suggestings on wat game i should buy.

I suggest that if you have a CD burner that after you download all those damn maps that you burn a CD with all your MW stuff on it ...

These Expansion Packs are realy starting to BAWK me off... Ive tried every where to get them with no luck...

The Mech Packs were never available in Australia .... I guess the hundreds of MW nuts here weren't enough ....

So what we did, in the NBT Kell Hounds, was send our money to a team member in the USA and he bought and posted them to us .....

This is only one suggestion ....

Try Ebay. they ship everywhere and you just might find a person selling it who owns a store and can sell you a new one direct.
