I was there when this all happened. Mr. Moocher was standing behind pixie and blaster her. HE shot several times then left her for dead.

I saw it. I saw it. I have a screen shot. It hardly looks edited at all. would stand up in any court with a female judge or jury. Moocher said, and I quote (roughly, kind of, sortta) " Hey everyone, watch me frag Pixie in the back while she's gone. She'll never know" .

That is exactly (almost, may be a bit stretched, but probably pretty close) to how it all went down.

pixie was being really mean to moocher. when moocher begged her to stop, she went afk to laugh at him, at which time we all took up for moocher against the evil pixie and stripped her.

i stripped her head, right ear, left torso, right leg and ct :)

Madame Judge, Good ladies of the jury... and well, the other ... people, out there.

There has time and time again been harassment against this wonderful Chiken here. Under duress and extreme anxiety, she alone stood out to protect and serve the small child with her. As she was cuddling and holding this infant, HE (quickly turning, jabbing a finger towards Moocher) Rear ended the delicate vehicle this poor young chiken parked and Continued todemolish it. This, this, man, has time and time again coerced out of his target, the things he wants... no, the things he demands. Using all sorts of controversial methods. Brainwashing for instance. He has often bragged of his ability to project his will upon the unsuspecting. It is my humble opion,the Honorable Miss TaintedChiken could be under his beguilment and spell.

Now I ask you. (spoken quietly - pause - gently extends a hand towards our little PixieChiken) is this the type of person, a person of (points towards Mooch) HIS CALIBER!!! (softly again) Or the victom of some monstrous Chiken, out to spoil the good name and reputation, of this sweet, harmless bird of our fold.

I plead no contest (mainly because I could not find a lawyer stupid enough to take my case). I did the deed and I'm proud of it. I have no remorse for what I did, and I'd do it the same way if I could do it all over again. I stand by my principals, and one of them is that if you type in "AFK" in a game server, that means that you are "A Free Kill."

Many have fallen to the fallicy that a mech is sacrosanct, that you may not leg, arm, or otherwise strip a mech of it's weapons or means to wage war. To this I say HORSE HOCKEY! Total war is the only option in the modern battlefield (or futuristic battlefield as the case may be :P). Anything less would be a violation of the principal to which I was given my Chiken name.

I ask the jury to put aside Val's rhetoric and look into the deeper issue of this matter and ask if the charges are even valid. Is it a crime to teach someone a hard object lesson such that a behaviour that is considered, by most, unacceptable is stopped? I say "NO!" One must only look at Pixie to realize that she has changed, and that was the point of the whole exercise was to produce a positive reaction. I believe I have succeeded.

Ladies And Gentlemen And Chikens of the Jury

I am herby stating my testiomny.

Last night on the evening of June sixth two thousand and four at approx eight thirty in the evening a horrible thunderstorm ripped through my homeland. Mind you much earlier in the day I had the tragic learning of my twin neice to Sophia passing on.

Being already a mess with the passing of Maria, and now the tragic storm outside that not even five miles from my home set fires to multiple cable and telephone lines, baby Sophia was crying her poor little lungs out.

In a last ditch effort I said on the coms that I had to calm the baby and would be right back. Not once did I post that in the game channel because all of the Chikens were on my team!

When I had come back to the game, not only had I somehow became into the negitive of points, I had also accquired 4 deaths!
ATOP of a dismantled mech! That Moocher and his accomplis Tainted were the crime commiters! But he claims I said it in coms and yet he FAILS to show proof!

Judge and Jury, I request the proper sentencing of these two be done at once!

My dear ladies of the jury, Did you hear this, man, convict himself. Now rules of warfare all know and have been played for eons long forgotten. I am not here to determine if this is an honorable way to take out your enemy. I say, If they are against the CC, any way they go down is probably ok.

On the contrary. We are talking about quietly walking up to your team mate from behind, when they are taking care of a helpless child. Knowingly stalk up to. Yo be able to target each miomer bundle as it show through the armor plating as you blast it off 1 piece at a time. A team mate, a clan mate, a woman and a chiken.

First of all, the true matter of hand here is not the time honored rules of warfare, both handed from man to man in honor through the ages and set in stone at Geneva, Switzerland, but rather whether Moocher had justification for stripping the mech and leaving it in this manner.

We've all heard about justifiable homocide. That's what happens when, in the defense of another, you take the life of a human being. I am prepared to show documentation to the fact that PixieChiken was not harmlessly coddling a baby at the time of the stripping, but was rather injecting STEROIDS into the small infant to create a TOOL OF WAR to be used against Moocher!

Woe is me if we are to be lowered to crying over the destruction of myomer bundles when the very fiber of our existence, under God, is being challenged by the manipulation of such a hienous criminal as one PixieChiken. I say that not only should her mech be stripped and left in a limping, smoking state, but that she should be stripped and put on public display so that we may ALL become aware of the base fact. Pixie is not a Chiken at all. SHE'S A HUMAN! *gasps*

AS SUCH a being, she is not entitled to the same rights that we, the full blooded chikens, ones not marrying Red Griffin men, would be afforded in this situation.

I move that we increase the possible punishment for Pixie to corporal punishment, to be given at each Chiken's leisure. We CANNOT let this infection spread!!!
