Picture HELP!

I scanned in some pic's but they are huge. I don't know how to make them smaller so that i can upload them and share with my friends. Can anybody help me?

Acdsee, Photoshop, Paintshop Pro....these all have resize functions..

Try to DL one of them....otherwise u can email them to me (if they are not TO huge in Kb's) and i'll send them back resized...
